Vacation Part 3

We went on a dolphin sunset cruise and Katie was pointing the dolphins out as we saw them. She was really good at finding them!

Florida Vacation Part 2

Katie loved the airplane ride and was so good. You could tell everyone around us was nervous when we brought a 2 year old on board, but we got so many compliments about how well-behaved and polite she is (YEAH US). We had a great time and wish I was there now, with fall coming!

VACATION Time Part 1

We went to Clearwater Florida for vacation this year and it was wonderful. Here is my adorable baby on the beach and other photos of vaca! We went with Grammie, Pap-Pap, Uncle Bryan and his girlfriend, Carrie. We had a great time and the weather was perfect!

Train Wreck AT the ZOO

Katie and I went to the Zoo to give Dad a few hours of peace and quiet. It was a beautiful day so THOUSANDS of people were there. Every time before we went, it had always rained so Katie could never ride the train. This time, we were going to get on it! Halfway through the ride, the train DERAILED and we had to walk back. Katie thought it was funny and even found a railroad spike to take home as a memory. I took this pic on the walk back and she made a funny face - not sure where she learned that one!

Aunt Sheri's Birthday

Aunt Sheri's 50th Surprise Birthday Party at the Boat Club. She was actually surprised, not sure how the sisters pulled that off!

ALL ABOARD!!!!!!!!!

Kate loves trains so when Uncle Roger was having an open house at the railroad, we HAD to go! She is actually saying all aboard in the engine of a train in this pic. She was so excited to go on a train. Of course, it wasn't moving but she loved it anyway!

Every pic I take of Katie and Tim, one of them are always looking the other way. These two are my favorite recent pics because I caught them both looking at me and both smiling. LOVE IT!

ERIE Weekend

We went to Erie on a wonderful weekend. The water was cold, but you could walk out pretty far. We spent most of the time on the beach playing with sand - look at her LONG legs - obviously not from her mommy's side. The other pic is the Presque Isle lighthouse.

KAYAKING at North Park

It was a beautiful day and since we spent all of Labor Day weekend looking for a boat, but did not end up getting one so I had to cure Tim's boat fix by going kayaking. Katie loved it, as she does everything, and wanted to paddle. We kept going in circles, but she had fun.

BIG KNOB FAIR - Demo Derby

Big Knob Fair is in town so Tim has to go to the Big Knob Fair and see the demo derby. So, we of course, brought Katie to show her what fun destruction can be! She loved it! What a daddy's girl. She actually wanted to go back the next night to see it again!

Visiting GG and Bama

Fun day visiting Bama and GG - Mom nursed a racoon back to health so we got to pet it. He is cute!

Pymatuning

Katelyn caught her first fish (a blue gill) with her new Dora fishing rod . . . but Daddy had to bring it in for her.

Katelyn at Kennywood

Katelyn had a blast at Kennywood. She is such a poser and was having a great time on the swings and other rides in Kiddieland.

She was 3 inches shy of riding the water rides, but Daddy got her wet anyway with the huge splash from the Plunge - you can't tell from her face, but she loved it. She kept saying "Again, Daddy" and giggling.
